Pick up & carry cake from the bottom. NEVER from the top or the sides.

Keep cake level at all times. When transporting & displaying.

Place cake in air conditioned vehicle during transport. Drive slowly and avoid sudden stops/turns.

Store cake in the fridge until serving time. Keep out of direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.

Take cake out to display 1-2 hours before serving. Serve at room temperature.
